Ultratech has established a 2014 goal to have at least 50% of all major suppliers committed to documented Green program goals and objectives. As of 2010, over 50% of major suppliers had established programs, including:

• Establish program objectives, to include Water and
  Energy Conservation.
• Establish programs to reduce solid waste
  and hazardous waste generation,
  and increase recycling.
• Establish short and long term goals.
• Monitor, measure, and report on progress.
