Corporate Travel Coordinator
Position: Corporate Travel Coordinator Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
- Knows and properly uses: airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides, books, the internet, and industry contacts.
- Ensures optimum customer service through effective use of phone and email systems and positive telephone service techniques.
- Remains informed of all airline rules, regulations and current affairs. Communicates information to clients accurately and appropriately.
- Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.

Field Service Engineer
Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: China
Field Service Engineers travel to customer locations or are assigned to an individual customer site. They are responsible for on-site installations; startup, diagnosis, service and repair of Ultratech photolithography and/or laser anneal equipment. They function as Ultratech liaison with customers on administrative, technical, operational, and maintenance issues. This position will require a short work in 12x7 pattern and will focus on photolithography tools but could evolve into a broader role to support other customer sites and tools. The work week schedule will vary with customer requests and Ultratech’s business requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of complex electronic and mechanical equipment.

- Install upgrades and retrofits as they may become available

Additional Responsibilities:

Specific Duties:
- FSE will be assigned to provide onsite support at assigned location
- FSE will be supporting the installation, startups, and on site support of photolithography equipment.
- FSE may be required to rotate between day and night shift.

- Lift 75 lbs.

The Travel Manager is primarily responsible for global management of Travel all related activity utilizing extensive, in depth-industry knowledge. As a travel industry expert, candidates will develop and implement policies, procedures and program working cross functionally with other departments delivering best overall value to the company.
The leader will have the opportunity to strategically develop and lead travel management across the firm, develop overall sourcing strategy for Travel, and negotiate corporate agreements with suppliers to support the business needs.
Additionally the Travel Manager will book and ticket all travel for the U.S. The Travel Manager will ensure the sourcing strategy supports policy, required service levels and delivers maximum economic value and a positive travel experience for the Company.
The individual must display the ability to work independently and in a team environment supporting the organization. The Travel Manager should make recommendations to management in an effort to drive best practices and improve existing policies/processes. Also you should have the ability to make logical decisions, interact with other departments, effectively lead negotiations, and work efficiently handling multiple responsibilities. The Travel Manager will partner closely with their respective organization to perform spend analysis and review commercial contract terms in collaboration with the appropriate departments.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Lead strategic sourcing for all areas of business travel management (airlines, hotels, corporate card, car rental, agency, etc) conducting benchmarking studies and analyses with industry peers, and stay informed of industry trends to ensure program is competitive in the marketplace
- Book and ticket domestic and International travel reservations in the Sabre system in a timely fashion and with a high rate of accuracy
- Negotiate terms for preferred travel related suppliers and is responsible for contract management and understanding the terms of the contract to ensure that contractual commitments are continually met.
- Corporate card administrator. Reconcile central bill statements and submit for payment
- Audit and reconcile all direct billed services and submit for payment
- Audit TMC Rent A Plate statements for accuracy and submit for payment
- Conduct periodic business reviews, meetings with key travelers, and Admin team
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators
- Define, Implement and Review policies and procedures related to Travel to ensure compliance and best in class solution is offered to company
- Manage temporary housing, meeting and event activities as required
- Train employee’s on policy, current travel programs and maximize utilization of company discounts
- Inform appropriate departmental staff of all visitors coming to the San Jose office
- Review reporting to identify trends and impact on the business plan, review accuracy of reporting, benchmark and monitor trends recommending program change opportunities
