Information and Policies
The following training registration policies apply toward training
conducted at the Ultratech Corporate Training Center.
Registration
- Registrations can be made by calling our Training Center at (408)-577-3550 or
toll free at 1-800-222-1213 ext. 3550.
- Enrollments are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
- All enrollments must be confirmed in writing.
- Training can be paid for by Purchase Order or with Training
Credits or a combination of both.
- A hard copy of the PO must be received no later than three
weeks before the course start date.
- A minimum of four students must be enrolled for a given course
to be offered. Ultratech reserves the right to reschedule students
into the next available course if minimum enrollment is not met
and will provide notification of this action at least one week
in advance.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Registrations can be cancelled up to ten business days before
the start of course without penalty.
- There will be a 50% of fee and/or forfeiture of training credit
if made less than ten business days (excluding weekends and holidays);
100% of fee and/or forfeiture of training credits if made less
than 48 hours.
- Cancellations must be received by email:training@ultratech.com or
by phone at (408) 577-3550.
General Information
- Unless otherwise noted, training is conducted at the Ultratech
Corporate Training Center located in San Jose, CA.
- Training courses begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and end at approximately
4:00 p.m.
- Training Credits allocated at the time of Stepper purchase
will expire one year from shipment date.
- Fees for all courses include instructional materials.
- All instruction and materials are presented in English.
Note:
Courses can all be conducted at
your facility. In most cases, the training can
take place at your site within four to six weeks from receipt
of your purchase order. For more details,
